RCIA Classes Begin – Thursday, September 14, 2017, at St. John’s, Defiance, at 7:00 p.m. Do you know any-one interested in joining the Catholic Church?  Do you know someone who wants to learn about the Catholic faith?  Do you know someone who wants to be baptized or make their First Holy Communion?  Please pass this invitation on to your friends and family members who might be interested in joining the Catholic Church!

A Family Perspective: The key word in today’s gospel is “listen.”  We cannot change another person; not alone, not with others and not with a whole Church.  All we can do is state our position and “if he listens to you” then he/she can take the steps necessary to change themselves.  Change comes from within.
